Returns, refunds & replacements

Personalized does not mean unaccountable.

The final policy will treat a customer-approved input error differently from damage, a verified product defect, or a Curbidz production mistake. Exact windows and remedies remain under review.

Issue categories

The reason for the request controls the path

A fair personalized-product policy needs specific categories, not one vague rule for every situation.

Curbidz production error

The produced digits, design, dimensions, quantity, or approved options do not match the locked order record. The final policy will provide a meaningful remedy and state the available replacement or refund path.

Verified defect or transit damage

The item arrives damaged or fails to meet an established product specification. The process may request focused photos and packaging details needed to evaluate the claim without demanding unrelated information.

Customer-approved input error

The finished item matches the digits and options the customer expressly approved, but those inputs were incorrect. Because the item was personalized, change-of-mind or input-error treatment may be limited and will be shown conspicuously before approval.

Cancellation or order change

Whether an order can be stopped or changed depends on its verified production state. The final flow will show the cutoff honestly and will not claim a change is complete until the operating system confirms it.

Carrier loss or delivery dispute

A shipping case is separated from a product defect. Carrier evidence, address accuracy, tracking status, and applicable consumer protections determine the investigation and available remedy.

Unauthorized or duplicate charge

Payment concerns receive a separate, security-aware escalation. Customers will never be asked to send a complete card number or card security code to support.

Planned request process

Simple evidence, traceable decisions

  1. Use the verified support channel and provide the order reference plus a concise description of the problem.
  2. For visible damage, mismatch, or defect, provide focused photographs if they are reasonably needed to confirm the category and condition.
  3. Preserve the item and relevant packaging until support confirms whether return shipment, inspection, or disposal is appropriate.
  4. Curbidz records the issue category, evidence, decision, authorized remedy, payment action, and completion status against the order.

The final policy will add an exact reporting period, response path, return authorization rules, who pays any return shipping, and when an approved refund is issued. Those facts will be based on the finished operation rather than placeholder numbers.

Approval matters

The customizer will make the customer decision visible

Exact digits

The final confirmation presents the address characters in large type and requires an affirmative acknowledgment before payment begins.

Exact configuration

Design, dimensions, quantity, orientation where applicable, and selected options appear together with the personalized preview.

Version evidence

A paid order records the accepted customization and policy versions so a later support decision can compare production with what was actually approved.
